And Apple (presumably) makes the majority of its money on the hardware.<br><br>Now, if I was AT&amp;T, I guess I would be trying to use the Orwellian DCMA to try and restrain people from modifying something they OWN- even though Congress has expressly excluded cell-phones (why?!)... oh wait, AT&amp;T HAS decided to threaten lawsuits.
